Websites for Healthcare

We design and build websites for independent practitioners such as psychologists, doctors, dentists and dietitians, as well as clinics, laboratories and medical companies. A tone that earns the patient’s trust, a dedicated page for every specialty people search for, and a foundation built around the sensitivities of healthcare — all from one team.

Specialty pages

A separate, in-depth page for every treatment, department or service, written around search intent.

Local SEO

Address, map and opening hours marked up with structured data, working hand in hand with your Google Business Profile.

Informative tone of voice

Measured, trustworthy copy that respects the rules on promoting healthcare services.

Privacy-conscious forms

Only the necessary fields, a link to your privacy notice and secure delivery.

A short path to booking

One tap to call, message on WhatsApp, send an appointment request or open the booking system you already use.

Speed and mobile-first design

Your patients will most likely reach you from their phones, so the site loads fast and is easy to navigate on mobile.

Why healthcare websites are different

Someone looking for a healthcare professional usually arrives with a concern and researches at length before deciding. They are not looking for slick sales copy; they want a calm, trustworthy site that clearly shows the practitioner’s training, approach, areas of expertise and how to get in touch. In healthcare, design and content must be built around earning that trust.

In Turkey, the promotion of healthcare services is restricted by regulation. Guaranteed-outcome claims, superlatives such as “the best”, before-and-after images or displayed patient reviews can all cause problems. That is why we build content in an informative rather than promotional voice: pages that explain what a condition is, how it is treated and when to see a specialist offer more value to visitors and to Google alike. The final legal assessment rests with your professional body and legal adviser; we structure the site to fit that framework.

Under Turkey’s data protection law (KVKK), health data is a special category of personal data. In contact and appointment forms we only ask for what is genuinely necessary, never make sensitive details such as symptoms mandatory, link to your privacy notice and deliver submissions to you alone over a secure connection. Your legal adviser drafts the privacy and consent texts; we build the technical foundation to match.

Specialty pages and local SEO

Patients do not search for a practitioner by name but by the problem they face: “panic attack treatment”, “couples therapy Kadıköy”, “receding gums”. The most reliable way to appear in those searches is a separate, in-depth page for each specialty, written around search intent. A single “our services” list cannot do that.

We built the site of Ceren Tatar, a clinical psychologist in Kadıköy, Istanbul, on exactly this approach: migrated from Wix to Next.js, it was restructured with more than 40 specialty pages, frequently asked questions and local business structured data. The result is a structure where patients quickly find what they need and Google understands each specialty on its own.

For local searches, your website and your map listing need to reinforce each other. We present your address, opening hours and contact details consistently, mark them up with structured data and set the site up to work hand in hand with your Google Business Profile.

Who we work with

For independent practitioners such as psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, dentists, dietitians and physiotherapists, we create sites that build personal trust and explain their specialties in depth. For clinics and polyclinics, we build structures that present multiple practitioners, departments and branches in an orderly way.

For laboratories, medical distributors and health-tech companies, we build sites with product catalogues, multilingual structures and scientific content. We delivered an Azerbaijani and Turkish product catalogue site for Nesil Group, a Baku-based laboratory solutions distributor, and Büyüyen Mikrobiyom, an interactive site about the childhood gut microbiome, for Genomer. If you need quality management or sector-specific software beyond the website, our medical software service comes from the same team.

Frequently Asked Questions

As a healthcare practitioner or provider, what can I say on my website?

Your training, specialties, approach, address and contact details, along with informative content explaining conditions and treatment processes, can all appear on your site. Guaranteed-outcome claims, superlatives, before-and-after images and displayed patient reviews should be avoided. Because the rules can differ by profession, we recommend checking with your professional body when in doubt; we write or edit the copy within that framework.

My current site is on Wix or WordPress. Will I lose my Google rankings if we migrate?

With a well-planned migration your existing standing is preserved. Every old address is mapped to its new counterpart with a permanent (301) redirect, page titles and descriptions are kept or improved, and the site is monitored in Search Console after the move. There may be short-term fluctuations during the switch; a faster and more comprehensive structure improves visibility in the long run.

Can patients book appointments online through the site?

Yes. We can set up a form where visitors leave an appointment request, or link your site directly to the online booking system you already use. If you need something more comprehensive, with calendar management and reminders, we can also build it as custom software.

How is patient information protected?

The entire site runs over a secure connection (HTTPS). Forms only ask for what is necessary, sensitive details are never mandatory and submissions are delivered to you alone. We use third-party tracking sparingly and link to your privacy notice from the appropriate places on the site.

Do you write the site content?

We prepare the site structure, page outlines and SEO plan. Specialist content, however, must rest on your expertise: we agree on topics together and help with drafts and editing, while sign-off on medical accuracy always stays with you. If you plan to publish a blog regularly, we put the content calendar together with you as well.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We can keep working together after launch on new specialty pages, content updates and technical maintenance. As your practice grows, the site grows with it.
